¿Quien puede entender el funcionamiento del sistema financiero mundial, fundamentado en moneda fiat (sin respaldo real en nada), con una divisa (Dollar $) de reserva universal, cuyo valor se acepta por convención, siendo "creado" de facto, directamente de la nada?
