David Rumsey Map Collection se inició hace 25 años y contiene más de 150.000 mapas. La colección se centra en mapas raros del siglo XVIII y XIX de América del Norte y del Sur, aunque también cuenta con mapas del mundo, Asia, África, Europa y Oceanía.
