allemansrätt

In Finland, Norway and Sweden, the right to walk where you wish is enshrined in the principle of allemansrätt, or ‘every man’s right’.

 In Sweden, allemansrätt, guaranteed in the national constitution, is considered a central tenet of the national approach to tolerance, its origins stretching back in part to medieval provincial laws and customs.  

In Scotland the Land Reform Act 2003 grants an extensive right to roam almost anywhere, as long as it is exercised responsibly. 

But England has always lagged behind.

Allemansrätten - el Derecho de Acceso Público a la naturaleza

Derecho de acceso común a lugares privados, típico de los países nórdicos. Concede la posibilidad de pernoctar y realizar actividades al aire libre en zonas naturales que sean propiedad privada, bajo ciertos lineamientos.

Amparado en la constitución sueca y listo para que lo disfrute cualquiera que lo desee. Así es el Allemansrätt o Derecho de Acceso Público que te da permiso para disfrutar en paz y tranquilidad de la naturaleza y el campo sueco sin encontrarte a nadie que te diga: "¡vete de mi territorio!", excepto si entras en un jardín privado o en un campo cultivado, claro está.
